At Howard Paving Stones we are committed to providing high-quality paving materials to our customers. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we aim to ensure a smooth and fair process. Please read our return and refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
•Returns: Returns are only accepted for unused, undamaged paving materials, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery or purchase. All returns must be in the original, unopened packaging and in resaleable condition.
•Non-Returnable Items: Special orders, custom materials, or any materials that have been used, altered, or damaged are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Return Process
•To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email us at sales@howardpavingstones.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide:
•Your name, contact information, and order number
•A description of the materials being returned
•Reason for the return
•Once approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued.
3. Customer Responsibility for Return Charges
•Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping or transportation charges. Materials must be returned in their original condition to the location specified by Howard Paving Stones.
•Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of £35 Per Pallet will be charged. This fee covers inspection, handling, and restocking costs.
•Redelivery Costs: Failed deliveries due to access issues will incur a redelivery fee starting from £45 per pallet.
•Return Costs: If the pallet needs to be returned to us, return costs start from £55 per pallet.
4. Refunds
•Refund Eligibility: Once the returned materials are inspected and deemed acceptable, a refund will be processed. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the materials; any return shipping or restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
•Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items.
•Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Damaged or Defective Materials
•If you receive damaged or defective materials, please notify us within 24hrs of delivery. We will arrange for either a replacement or a refund without charging fees/ free return. Provided the materials are returned in their original condition.
•Inspection of Damages: We may require photos or additional documentation to assess the nature of the damage before processing a claim.
•Signing for a delivery as "unchecked," "not checked," or similar will still be deemed as acceptance of the delivery.
6. Non-Returnable Items
•Custom Orders: Materials that are custom ordered, specifically cut or made to order, cannot be returned or refunded.
•Opened or Used Materials: Any materials that have been used, opened, or altered in any way are non-returnable.
7. Customer Satisfaction
•We strive for customer satisfaction and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order or materials, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work to resolve it to the best of our ability.
