At Howard Paving Stones, we take great care in ensuring the safe delivery of our paving products. However, due to the nature of transportation, there may be some minor breakages during transit. Our policy is designed to address these situations fairly and transparently
In the event of any breakages, we do not replace or refund products where the damage accounts for less than 10% of the total order. This is a standard practice in the industry, as the risk of minor damages during transport is inherent, especially with nationwide delivery.
Given the distance and movement involved in nationwide deliveries, some breakages are to be anticipated. We recommend ordering an additional 10% of material to ensure you have enough product to complete your project, accounting for any potential breakages.
Some of the damaged pieces may still be usable as offcuts. We suggest keeping these tiles as they may help complete your project, especially in smaller or irregular areas.
If breakages exceed 10%, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your delivery with photographs of the damaged products and the packaging. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept this policy, understanding that minor damages are a normal part of the delivery process.
